HOW DOES IT WORK:
1) Place your order - please make sure your shipping address is correct as that is where deliveries will arrive.
2) You will receive a package containing all necessary directions to return ashes. Only 1 teaspoon is need for most items.
3) I will let you know when I receive your package, from this moment I will need up to 30 business days to make the keepsake for you (please check your email often in case a question for you should arise)
4) Once your item has been completed I will update you with new tracking information.
