Shipping policy

After your order is placed, we will mail you a collection kit with everything needed to safely send us a small portion of your loved one’s cremains.

Once you receive your collection kit, please follow the included instructions and return it to us using the provided return packaging.

Your 4–6 week turnaround time begins once we receive your completed collection kit back. The time it takes for the collection kit to reach you and the time it takes for you to return it are not included in the 4–6 week production timeframe.

Because every memorial piece is individually handcrafted, please allow the full 4–6 weeks for your order to be completed. We appreciate your patience and understanding while we carefully create your keepsake.
