Because each memorial piece is custom made specifically for you using your loved one’s cremains, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed.

We understand how meaningful these pieces are and take great care in creating each one individually. For this reason, custom memorial items cannot be restocked, resold, or recreated for another customer.

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your item, please contact us as soon as possible. We want you to feel confident in your purchase and will gladly review the situation with you to determine how we can help.

Damages and issues
